OVERVIEW
The Training Support & Mentoring program has been designed by Echo for managers, supervisors and/or trainers:
- Providing on-job training & assessment for team members taking part in accredited Echo programs
- Coaching and mentoring team members taking part in accredited Echo programs
This program is currently delivered to Star, Treasury and Jupiters employees only using State and Commonwealth funding. If you are interested in this program, please visit one of the following for future course dates;

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Program aligns to 2 AQF units from the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Training Package. (see below). It is aligned at AQF unit/element/performance criteria levels and this is outlined in the program alignment document.

Delivery Schedule
Training is delivered over 2 days.
All training is delivered off-job. Workshops are delivered in training rooms equipped with relevant equipment & resources.
Off-job training is facilitated by a qualified presenter using a mix of delivery modes including presentations, group activities and skills practice.
A typical group has 16 participants.
On day 1 of the program focuses on supporting on-job training & assessment (TAEASS301B)
On day 2 of the program focuses on mentoring at Echo (TAEDEL404A)
