OVERVIEW
Management Essentials has been developed specifically for managers at Echo Entertainment Group.
Management Essentials aims to develop participant’s knowledge and skills including conceptual and analytical skills in key areas including strategy and change, as well as managing people, financials & risk and customers.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Program consists of five modules which align to 8 AQF units (see below). Program modules are aligned at AQF unit/element/performance criterion levels and this is outlined in the program alignment document.

The program is delivered over 6 months.
